Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the DualCam application ("the App") operated by DualCam ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DualCam is a camera application for iPhone that allows users to capture photos and videos from both front and back cameras simultaneously, with multiple layout options including Picture-in-Picture (PiP), split screen, and dual lens modes.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

3.1 Free Tier

The free version of DualCam includes:

  • Up to 3 videos per day
  • Up to 10 photos per day
  • PiP and split vertical layouts
  • 1080p Full HD recording
  • All PiP shapes
  • Watermark on captured media

3.2 DualCam Pro

DualCam Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription or other purchase options. Pro unlocks:

  • Unlimited photos and videos
  • No watermark
  • 4K Ultra HD recording
  • All camera layouts (PiP, split horizontal/vertical, dual lens, video PiP)
  • PiP customization (shape, border, size)
  • Separate front/back export
  • Dual orientation recording

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

5. Device Compatibility

DualCam's dual camera functionality requires an iPhone with multi-camera support (iPhone XS or later). Some features, such as the dual lens layout, require specific hardware capabilities. The App will inform you if your device does not support certain features.

6. User Content

All photos and videos captured using DualCam are your property. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your content. All media is stored locally on your device and in your photo library.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
  • Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of DualCam. All rights reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DualCam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
